Versa 3 bands won't fit my Versa 4

I have tried to connect my fitbit versa 3 bands onto my fitbit versa 4 and I can get 1 side to snap in but not the other side. Everything I've read says my versa 3 bands should attach to my versa 4. Can anyone help me?

Hi @tonya98433 - is it possible the band needs cleaning or may be is worn. They are interchangeable normally.

Are you talking about genuine Fitbit bands or ones produced by third party manufacturers? Summing up my experiences from what I've read in the community forums, I'd resume that Fitbit has refined the attaching mechanism on the Versa 4 so that some third party bands won't "click" in.
