Versa 4 All data except steps lost on 9/22/2025 and 9/23/2025

On Friday, 9/26/2025, I checked my weekly data and found that other than total steps, all other data was either not uploaded or partially uploaded to the server. I also noted that my number of days reaching my step goal was reported as only 1 and today it is showing 3. I have made my step goal every day since December 3, 2021. As of today, my number should be 1395. I manually entered my exercise for Monday and Tuesday as it was close to the same distance and steps recorded on Sunday. 

I would say there was a server issue on Monday and Tuesday. The Versa 4 was syncing with the phone app, but I did not check all the data. Only the steps.

I noticed the app on my Galaxy S21 Ultra was updated three days ago, so I have no idea what version of the app was installed prior to three days ago. Current version is 4.52.1-Fittbit-Mobile. The Android version of my phone is 15 and updated on August 1, 2025.

Note: There were numbers after the Mobile for the version, but an error message prevented me from posting the numbers.
