Hi! Is there a way to customise the Versa 4's Always On display hours. I would ideally like the screen to blank between Midnight and 8am. Thanks a lot 🙂

Hi there, @Fissshhh. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I will be glad to  help you with this!

There is no way to customize the Always On Display hours, but you can enable sleep mode so the screen can be dim for the period of time you desire. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. To set a schedule:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Quiet modes.
  2. Under Sleep mode, tap Schedule mode.
  3. Make sure the switch next to Off-hours is turned on.
  4. Tap the start or stop time to adjust when the mode turns on and off. Swipe up or down to change the time, and tap the time to select it. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.

You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Thanks a lot for this information! It will certainly help, but it's a real pity that custom setting of Always On Display times is not possible - it seems like a huge omission, and had I realised that this was the case, I would have bought a different device. Still, thanks a lot for your kind help.  Ed
