Versa 4 Bluetooth cannot connect

I have been using Versa 4 for about 2-3 weeks, but was not able to connect to the phone for calls or using Alexa. 

Paired and unpaired and paired again - entered those codes, nothing helps.

Hi @KateBar - if your phone isn't syncing properly or Versa 4 calls Bluetooth entry is not setup properly it won't work, this may link help.
