Versa 4 Breathing Rate and Heart Rate Variability suddenly stopped tracking

This began on morning June 25, 2025 and shows No Data for Breathing Rate and 0ms for HRV. This was sudden. I first did a reset, no help. I then did Factory Reset, slept 8+ hours, and still not working. HRV is very important to me. Please help! Thank you!

Hey, I’ve had the same problem a few times. I’ve followed all the advice (shutting down/restart, reinstalling) which didn’t work.  Then I tried manually adjusting the sleep end / start time by one minute and saving it and suddenly appeared!! 

I believe Fitbit upload data to cloud to calculate then downloads to software.  I think when you adjust sleep it forces it to recalculate and downloads….

I think what is going  it glitches on this process and sets a flag to say complete so just keeps giving you same answer.

just a theory but works for me every time!

Thank you, Jogger,for responding! I just tried it on two of the "sleeps"
where it did not record the Breathing Rate and HRV... and then synced, and
it did not update the data - but thank you for the suggestion! I will let
you know if it eventually does adjust.

No worries!  That’s a shame! It’s really frustrating tbf so hope you find a way to resolve it!
