Versa 4 Controls won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

My versa 4 stays connected to my phones Bluetooth- but I set up the call feature and paired to my phone but it quickly disconnects. I have to go into Bluetooth and “ forget this device” and start again - and pair again. It says connected then 2 minutes later it’s disconnected

Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
