Versa 4 Data not cleared message

My watch says data not cleared. Sync and try again..

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 shows an error message on the screen. 

Please perform the following steps to remove the error message from your Versa 4.

In your mobile settings, please make your mobile device "forget" Versa 4 by doing the following:

  • On your mobile device, go to Settings> Bluetooth.
  • In the list of devices paired with the Bluetooth of your mobile, select Versa 4 and then touch "Forget" or "Unpair" device, the name of the option varies depending on the mobile, on iPhone the option is called "Skip device".

Then please try to configure the Versa 4 again by doing the following:

  1. Verify that your mobile is connected to the internet through WiFi.
  2. In the application, press the "Account" button
  3. Press the option "Configure a device".
  4. Select Versa 4 from the list.
  5. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
