Versa 4 - Device offline in Alexa app

Ever since I installed Alexa app, every time I go to device settings, it says my device(versa 4), is offline. How do I fix this? I have tried everything.

Is your Versa 4 paired to your account?

If not, please set it up again. 

Also take into consideration:

  • Keep your phone within 30 feet of your watch.
  • Open the Fitbit app on your phone and sync your watch. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone for your voice assistant to work.
  • Your phone must have an internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a cellular data signal.
