My Versa 4 (<1 year old) recently (coinciding with an update within the last 7-10 days) will no longer track exercises. I start the exercise tracking as usual and within 5-15 minutes it has stopped tracking all on its own. This was not a issue I ever had pre-update. To compound this, it has also recently stopped accurately tracking GPS data on runs or bike rides, instead just drawing straight lines (rather than actually following my route). It used to follow my route pretty closely, but now it is worthless for tracking as it is basically tracking "as a crow flies".
My Fitbit is running Version 61.20001.184.52 and if it matters I am using a Samsung S23.
I did a factory reset on the Fitbit around this time as there was no other way for me to move it over to my new phone (also annoying) and none of this tracking has worked since then. With the majority of the "Smart" features being removed from Fitbit in a effort to make people buy the Pixel watch, all that was really left is fitness tracking and that seems to now be gone too. Please help as these features I why I purchased a Fitbit in the first place.
