I have just been gifted a brand new versa 4 and having set it up i'm having issues with the exercise feature. When i select the start exercise screen on my watch whichever of the exercises or all i try to select the watch face just goes black and i cannot record any exercise. My watch auto detected a walk yesterday but when i tried to press the start button to record it the screen went black. I have tried a hard reset, logging in and out of the app and everything else to rectify the issue and none of this has worked. What should I do now?

I am having the same issue. I tap the "start excersise" button and it acts like it will take me to start the excersise but then goes black. I've tried everything but nothing seems to help. This was a Christmas gift and not a very good first impression. What can be done to fix?
