Hi all,

I have been facing battery issues in my fitbit versa4. The watch is fully charged and when I take it off charge and wear it, it isn't getting turned on even when I press the button or do any motion. I then again put it on charge and see the battery level being significantly reduced despite it being 100% before. I don't understand why this is happening. I really want to wear it, but due to the battery issue and the watch face not being visible it is really frustrating.

I am facing great difficulty because of this. Any suggestion and reply would really help me.

Hi @Bulba, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the battery and screen issues you are experiencing with your Versa 4. 

If you are able to sync your device right after being charged, check the battery level in the Fitbit app to attest that the battery is indeed dropping battery level too quickly. Thanks in advance for this.

In regard the screen that doesn't turn on, i recommend that you restart your device if you haven't done so. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button. 

If that doesn't resolve the issue, attempt to change the clock face of your device. Sometimes this manipulation resolves this kind of issues. See How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? for instructions.

I can imagine how you may feel by the tone of your words. I can assure that a solution will be found.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

So, I did sync the device right after being charged, the app and the watch showed 100%; but after a while the battery in the watch declined and hence when i again synced it to the app, it showed the updated battery level (same as watch).

I have also restarted it, but as soon as I wear it, the watch doesn't turns on. I can only see the face when it is on charge, and as soon as I take it off and wear it, I don't see the watch face. I also wanted to add that I can no longer see the green light underneath the watch.

I also tried changing the clock face of it but the issue still persisted. Any other advice would be really helpful.
