Versa 4 - Giving FALSE High Heart Rate readings?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

On my Versa  4 I keep getting High Heart Rate alerts when I'm sitting .

Example message

" Your heart rate rose above 120 bpm while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes, from ??:?? PM to ??.?? PM".

Coincidentally these started to appear around the firmware update.

I have visited my Dr. & had  worn a heart monitor to check my health!!! Results are forthcoming.

Questions

I anyone else getting these "false" alerts?

If there is a defect in the Fitbit's Health Rate Monitoring? fix it please.

I've noticed my heart rates are way high when I'm just casually walking.   If my heart was really beating at 150, you'd think I'd be able to feel it.  But nothing.

Im having the same issue. It will say that my heart rate is 150 but I don't feel it at all and I'm walking at a very slow pace
