My Versa 4 goes to sleep mode on its own.

How do I change settings so that it doesn't do this.

Thanks,

Hi @chuckles1983 It's great to see you in the Community!

Let me help you with your question about the sleep mode of your Versa 4.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. To set a schedule:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Quiet modes.
  2. Under Sleep mode, tap Schedule mode.
  3. Make sure the switch next to Off-hours is turned on.
  4. Tap the start or stop time to adjust when the mode turns on and off. Swipe up or down to change the time, and tap the time to select it. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.

Note: You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time.

I wish you a happy holiday season!

Thank you for your quick reply.

What I don't want is for the watch to go into sleep mode.

The watch has not been set to go into sleep mode, but late at night the watch seems to go into sleep mode.

Thanks,

Mine does the same thing.

Yep, so does mine. It is annoying as sometimes I need to get notifications during the night, even if I am asleep. Would like to know how to stop sleep mode automatically coming on, when I didn't ask it to.

Mine does this as well. It is only started doing it in the last week or so. I have checked the settings and they all appear to be correct.

Yep. My Versa 4 started going into sleep mode automatically too about 2 weeks ago. I have sleep schedule turned off, as well. Very frustrating. Fitbit needs to fix this glitch.

My Versa 4 is going into sleep mode on its own. I have checked the settings and I do not have a sleep schedule set. Is there another solution to stop this from happening?
