None of my sensors work. I've done it all factory reset, cleaned the sensor area restarted. Deleted all my data reloaded the app tried all advice on here. The sensors worked for half a day then stop only use the versa 3 times now using my Chinese cheap fitness tracker that works fine. Shame on fitbit. I had a charge which had no issues wish I kept it

@Chrissa67 This sounds like faulty hardware. I would contact Customer Support for a replacement.

I take this back as Fitbit has contacted me and is collecting the faulty Fitbit and replacing it. Thanks very much, great service. Five star company
