Versa 4 - Have done all best advised, still keep restarting and big X

confirmed fitbit app latest, unpaired the watch, restart bluetooth, reset watch as per advised using the button when shake feels press again the button and release it will show logo with circle and i can add again but keep failing. end up with big X. then watch restarting again, itis an endless cycle of these I've mentioned
