This is my 5th fitbit and by far the worst I’ve ever had. It doesn’t do anything as accurate as the versa 2. Heart rate reading is a zone lower. I started wearing an actual heart rate monitor bc it’s so bad. Disconnects from phone without letting me. I’m so disappointed in this fitbit I think I’m moving on. I’ve stayed bc it tracked more wellness stats but this one is so bad I think I’m done. Is anyone else this disappointed with versa 4?

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Kassidykat!
Sad to hear about your initial impressions of your Versa 4. Sometimes restarting works wonders. To do so please keep your device's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears.
If that doesn't work for you, I'dd suggest having a look at "Why is there a difference in my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device versus another device?"

I think so, too. heart rate is inaccurate, clock face is WRONG AGAIN! even after restarting & won't sync with app--

@Kassidykat HR sensor in Sense 2/Versa 4 (and predecessors) has a bad reputation for a reason. There is no fix known and unlikely thete will be (would have to come from Fitbit side, users can't fix HR accuracy of these watches).

It all started with the Versa 3 they change the way heart rate is monitored. It is so inaccurate and you can’t fix the problem. I returned the versa 3 within a month of purchase. I waited on the versa 4 but same problem. I have been using Fitbit for 8-10 years hate to change. I have a charge 3 my daughter won as a door prize . I am hoping they get things straightened out or I will be forced to look elsewhere.Good luck

@Talathas must be an automated response as the comments are for a Charge 5 and not a Versa 4.

My Versa 4 is consistently 15 to 20% lower when compared to my older gen Charge 2. This was a very disappointing purchase.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @SunsetRunner!
No, it wasn't automated, but I was constantly switching between different boards on that day trying to assist Fitbit users and obviously I got confused a little bit doing so. Thanks for your hint, greatly appreciated! I've already edited my post above.

I have been a fitbit user for 7 years, this is probably my 4th..... This one is just fine EXCEPT the heartrate when i'm working out--this is a fitness tool, so it just frustrates me that it doesn't work correctly.
