Versa 4 Hourly Activity setting does not "stick"

When I change the hours from 8 houts {"9 to 5") to 9 houts ( "9 to 6") the new setting holds for only a short time and then, unexpetedly, reverts to the original "9 to 5" interval.

Can anyone help me debug this issue?

Could you please verify if there is a firmware update available for your device? How do I update my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the quick respons.

I updated both the  Versa 5 firmware and the Iphone fitbit  app to verion 5.5. Unfortunatrly the problem persists.

Thanks for your message and for the troubleshooting steps you tried. 

Could you please confirm if you tried these steps, in order to perform the change you want? 

In the Fitbit app:

  1. Click on the gear icon. 
  2. Swipe up > Activity.
  3. Hourly Activity > select the start and end time.
  4. Click on set goal (which is located at the bottom of the screen).

I talked with a firbit support member, he confirmed the problem in his own phone  and escalated the issue.
