Does anyone know how to turn off this irritating new notification? - Thanks.  I've hidden the (unwanted) metrics that go with it, but have to delete this every day.  I know, first world problem, but it would be good to get rid of it for once and for all.

@Zzcc0000  I think you are talking about a notification that is related to the new Cardio Load feature. Even if you don't use Cardio Load and have no interest, there is no way to permanently dismiss the notification. 

There is a suggestion here that those reminders be removed. I hope you will consider voting for that and perhaps adding a comment there.
