Versa 4 How to move the data to my new watch.

I bought a new Versa 4 because I cracked the face of my existing one. I cannot find where to move my data to the new watch. Please advise, Meg.

Hi @m54   Your synced data is stored on your account, not on the watch.  Please follow these steps:

  • Sync the current Versa 4
  • Remove it from your list of Bluetooth devices on your phone
  • Tap on the battery/device icon on your Fitbit app, then Add more devices
  • Tap on Versa 4
  • You will get a prompt asking if you want to replace it with new Versa 4
  • Tap on Replace and finish the setup

Thank you for sharing the details about your new Versa 4 data. 

When you link a new device, your app retains all the information that is already synced to the account, so no additional action is required.
