Hello, I have attempted to fix this myself by reading prior subject info. I've received a response giving instructions and it still won't work. Please help! It's been stuck on the logo for over a month. I've turned off all Bluetooth, turned it off, rebooted phone, etc, disconnected all BT devices. I've done what they have suggested and in the order they suggested, still nothing. No 4 digit code, nothing!
