Can't finish setup

Sorry to hear that you're having issues setting up your device. Could you please specify whether you're getting any kind of error message or what exactly is the point where the setup won't finish?

I have the same issue with the Versa 4. Set up wont finishe.
Also the relax feature has suddenly disappeared.
As well the calories left are different on the dashboard and the Cal in vs out table
What is going on, I am starting to regret this purchase

I am having the same issue.
The "I agree" tab is grey and will not allow me to continue set up. The only option is to cancel set up.

@Micki_S you need to swipe up to scroll down the agreement text to the bottom and then the "I agree" button unlocks.

I did try that several times, for some reason it finally worked.
