I have a Versa 4 that was purchased January 2024. Over the past several weeks it has been randomly stopping exercise tracking during the workout. I've read all of the other community posts with suggestions to fix it, and nothing is working. I've tried restarting the watch. I've disconnected it from Bluetooth. What else can I do to fix this persistent problem?.
Note: I've been a Fitbit user for over 7 years. This is not the first time I've had problems. The last problem was with a device that simply wouldn't restart, and because it was more than a year old Fitbit's answer was "Sorry it's not working, you'll have to buy another one." I'm tired of this hassle.
