I got my Versa 4 in March. A few days ago I went to the beach and left my Versa 4 in my backpack as I always did with my old Versa 2. After that, it stopped working: the green LED is not working, so it can't record my steps, bpm, sleep and it doesn't turn on when moving my wrist. It was really hot that day, and my thought is that it got damaged because of the high temperatures. I tried contacting the assistance because it still has a warranty, but they are not helping, just asking the same dumb questions.
Do you have any advice? I tried restarting it and resetting to factory settings, nothing works, sometimes it starts working for an hour or so, then it stops working again.
