With the latest update about 3 weeks ago, the app freezes when I’m syncing my Versa 4!!!

Thank you so much for letting us know that the Fitbit app is freezing when you try to sync your Versa 4.
Have you already checked if you can update the Fitbit app to the newest version? Does the app freeze when you do something specifically or just by opening the Fitbit app and trying to sync by pressing and holding on the screen and pulling down?

I am having this same problem. For example, from the main screen if I click energy burned it just times out and won’t load.
