Versa 4 - Lost data

So I did the migration of my versa 4 to Google and what a horrible experience.  I did the export but it totally messed up my data in the Fitbit app and I have no idea where the exported data is. Can I retrieve the info?  Am I doing something wrong?Can someone walk me through the process.  I’m so angry and confused why these merges have a person lose all their data 😡
