Versa 4 Missing Active Zone Minutes

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Watch indicated I completed all hourly activity, however the Fitbit app indicates I missed 2 hours.  In addition, the Zone Minutes I earned during that period are gone, but the Cardio load is still there.  The Zone Minutes would reappear when I synced the app, but continually disappeared.  They are completely gone, along with the 2 hours of activity that I completed yesterday.

Searching this page and Reddit, I tried every "solution" I found, and none worked, including all the steps for restarting the watch at least 3 times, disabling the activity reminder, shutting down the phone, disconnecting from bluetooth, etc, etc.  Both last night and this morning. Nothing worked. Nothing.

I see from the community forum that this problem has been ongoing for AT LEAST 7 years.  So, Fitbit, are you ever going to fix it?  Has anyone else found a solution that actually works?  I have the Fitbit app on my iPhone.

Hi @tangier14 , welcome back to the Fitbit Community.

I understand the situation with your Versa 4 in regards to the tracking of the Active Zone Minutes. Thanks for letting me know the steps you already tried, I appreciate your help and I'll do my best to help you.

Just for your to know, the level of intensity helps to determine the number of active minutes you earn for an activity. For example, if you receive a different number of active minutes for the same activity, there is likely a difference in the intensity levels between the 2 workouts, you can find more information here. Also, make sure you're wearing the Versa 4 correctly the next time you work out.
