With my fitbit versa 3 there was always a map of mij walking/ cycling or running activity, but with this versa 4 there is no map, just the activity with the pace, distance..
My gps measures correctly though.

@Goele A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
Please go to the online Dashboard (fitbit.com) and log in.
Go to "Log">Activities choose an activity that should have had a map and verify if there you see it.
If you see a map there, then this is an app issue.
If you don't see a map there then the issue starts on the record on the Versa 4.
Let me know what you see.

On the fitbit website I don't see a map either. But the activity (pace, kilometers) is correctly measured (so the gps works I think?) but I don't see why there is no map of my activities. + in strava I see the map. But the last time fitbit did not connected with strava, but all the other runs I saw the map in strava, but never in the fitbit app

@Goele , Thank you for your reply and further information.
This is odd. The activities transmitted between Fitbit and Strava is the data taken with GPS.
If the map, is not shown on the online Dashboard, this indicates that the record with the activity didn't record any map with it.
Do you take your phone during the activities?
Are you recording the activities with another app parallel to the Versa 4?
I ask you this, because the Versa 4 has a dynamic GPS, meaning if the watch itself looses a connection it will connect to your phone ( Fitbit app) and use the GPS from your phone to get the GPS data.
If you are using another app parallel, the GPS of your phone might prioritize that app to use the GPS, so that the Fitbit App cannot access to it.
If this matches, try using only the Versa 4, and allow the Fitbit app to run in the background.
More about this can be read here: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

Yes I always run with my phone with me. I’m not aware of using other apps parallel to the fitbit app, but next time I will try to close all other apps than the fitbit app.
thank you for your help!
