I'm so disappointed! My versa 4 just arrived today and I'm terribly disappointed! What a waste of a product! Are there no music control features? No spotify connection? 

Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? If not I want to return the watch ASAP! What a let down!

Hi @Mumu_92 - there is no music ability on Versa 4 and offline music has been removed from older watches, so best to return it.

There are plenty of other watch makes that has music options and good battery life, such as the Garmin Venu 2 Plus and other models.

Just got my Versa 4 today.  So uphappy that the music is not available.  Did not bother to check before I purchased because it has been available for so long. My bad. I have been a Fitbit loyal customer for a long time, but that will likely change!

Hi @Mumu_92 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
