Versa 4 - No stress management score

Once again my Fitbit versa 4 is not showing a stress management score. Three days now, this is the third time this has happened in 2025.  I can pretty much tell you that I am deleting this score from my watch.  Additionally, in the future I will try another tracker not associated with Google

Same thing is happening to me.  Yes, this is the third time (at least) this year .. and no one at fit bit seems to have an answer or is even aware that this is happening.. at least I know enough to stop wasting my time trying to fix it myself .. can’t tell you how many hours I have spent updating and reinstalling per Fitbit instructions things that are never going to work .. and yes, my next tracker will probably not be a Fitbit

Well hurry up & fix it! Ever since I got the Versa 4 & set it up, I can no longer see my stress score! You know there’s a problem, so fix it! And it should have already been done in a timely manner.

It happens all the time … with my versa4 there is always something not working … it’s a pretty crap fitness device and Fitbit has forever been unavailable or avoiding any useful help (I’ve been a Fitbit user for longtime now … stupid me ) we expect more from a company that charges plenty and offers nothing
