Versa 4- No syncing, no notifications,

I have had two replacements of the Versa 4. It does not work and Google and fitbit don't work well together. I have had fitbit for years, over 7 years of devices and the versa 4 is the only one that does not work. No syncing, no notifications, and the customer service team only has two guys who know what they are doing. The app has a glitch and we all need refunds for this horrible watch. I am using my Versa 3 right now with no problems.

Hi @MinBeverly - it may depend on which firmware version you are on and which app version. The firmware version 194.16 has problems if you are using that one, and using multiple phones or watches can also be an issue.

As you say, the Versa 3 is working and has features that the Versa 4 doesn't, but if you want to switch it has to be done right in order for the app to send notifications to the Versa 4. Here is how.

Remove the Bluetooth entries for both watches from the phone and turn off all other devices running the Fitbit App.

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the Versa 4 by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login, click profile photo and "+Set up a Device" and then when done, click on the device photo and go to Notifications and App notifications and set it up and then sync.

All of this was done and I only have one device for fitbit. Thank you.
