Versa 4 - Notifications not received

It wont notify me of calls or texts.   

it also stopped coming on when i raise it to look at it.  I need to hit the button to see the time and so on.  it worked when i first got it at christmas time but stopped when i upgraded my phone to a iphone 15.  very disappointed.  i have had 3 previous fitbits and no problems at all.  I may have to switch to an apple watch

Let me help you with the notifications and screen wake on your Versa 4.

You might just neet to adjust some setting on your device: Swipe down from the clock face on your Versa 4 to access the quick settings and search for Screen Wake.

When you set screen wake to Button & motion , the screen turns on each time you turn your wrist. When you set screen wake to Button only, press the button or tap the screen to turn on the display.

while looking at what I was told to I notices that I had the watch set on sleep mode.  Once I changed that it started working again.
