Let me help you setup of your Versa 4 on your fitbit account with your mobile. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
One can imagine that pairing your Versa 4 to your phone needs to follow a standard Bluetooth procedure. However, you need to setup your device to your Fitbit account instead. This being said, confirm you have followed the steps listed in our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? below "Fitbit watches and trackers".
