I am new to Fitbit, and my Versa 4 seems to track my heart rate fine when resting and during walking/hiking exercise (paired with Samsung S10+). But I have seen a dramatic spike in my recorded heart rate at various times when I was not active, and I felt nothing out of the ordinary. It has happened 14 times in the last 7 weeks -- such as on March 14 (see below). My HR showed a normal 66, 7 min later it showed 177, 4 min later 175, then 2 min later back to 72. Are these readings to be believed? Has anyone else seen this?
