Versa 4 Settings are disabled. I can't change my "screen wake' setting.

My screen wake setting is set to "Button only," but I want to change it to "Button & motion." But the buttons in settings look dim and don't respond when I touch them. The settings for Brightness have the same problem, as does the "Always On" setting. (That's off, so I don't need to change it.)  Several other setting also look diabled, but others look like they're working. Do Not Disturb is disabled, as is Vibration. The others are on.

I just upgraded to Firmware version 20001.210.26 today, and I upgraded to the latest FitBit app. But that didn't fix it.

Does anyone know if I can do anything about this?

I just found out that I was in "sleep mode." When I turned that off, my settings started working again.

It might be helpful to put up a message to tell me that a setting is disabled because I'm in sleep mode.
