Versa 4 - Setup doesn't seem completed

I have a new versa4 that my phone says is connected and synced.  However, I cannot get past the "To Get Started, download the Fitbit App to phone" screen on the watach. I have a Fitbit account.

Let me help you with the setup of your new Versa 4.

When you usually set up your device for the first time, it may happen that a firmware update is downloaded to be installed on your device. Updates may take up to an hour or more to complete.

If you are having trouble with the firmware update, i recommend to take a look at our help article Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

I discovered that I needed to update my app. Then it worked. Thank you for
