Versa 4 - SpO2 readings

ANSWERED

Hey, why do I have to sleep in my versa 4 to be able to register SP02? I have had cheap watches costing £10 that registered this without having to sleep in it. My skin gets irritated by wearing the watch too long, therefore I can't sleep in it. Are there any fixes for this please?  TIA

Hi @EMCEE44 and welcome to the forums.

I appreciate your message regarding the SpO2 readings of your Versa 4.

There are no fixes for this, because your Fitbit device measures your SpO2 readings while you sleep, as explained here: How does my Fitbit device measure my SpO2 level?

In addition, please take a look into the following help article, which explains the wear and care tips: How do I wear my Fitbit device?

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

I wonder why cheap "Fitbits" can track SP02 almost instantly but the Versa needs hours and hours of data. Makes no sense, it's poor from Fitbit.
