Hi! I can’t seem to download Strava or Spotify app on my new versa 4. Is this common?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the Versa 4 and Sense 2 don't allow third party apps.

In this case both Spotify and Strava are not actually third party apps but developed by the same Fitbit. Still the substance doesn't change, Fitbit decide not to implement them for the flagship devices (in the case of Strava it has been removed entirely from the Gallery)
