Versa 4, Teams notifications not received

I was getting notifications on my Versa 4 when I received messages on Teams, but that has now stopped. No settings have been changed so not sure why this has happened.?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving Team notifications. 

Since the rest of the notifications are arriving, please go to your app and follow the steps below:

  1. Open your app
  2. Tap the "devices icon" in the top left corner
  3. Open Versa 4
  4. Find Notifications
  5. App notifications
  6. Verify that Teams is selected to receive notifications.
