Versa 4 Unresponsive to swipe or tap

Screen cannot scroll, after hard reboot got a bit cross..

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 screen is not scrolling. Thank you for trying a restart before contacting us. 

Please try these steps. I understand you've already performed a restart, but please try again:

  1. Check that your app, mobile phone and watch do not have any available updates.
  2. Try manually sync. Open your app and tap "sync now"
  3. Connect your Versa 4 to the charging cable and verify if it's charging. 
  4. Restart your watch by pressing the button until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen.
  5. Change the clock face from the app.
