@kentodd200 Several years ago, the CDC and the WHO changed activity recommendations for adults. The CDC recommends 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous intensity activity or a combination of the two. Fitbit's fat burn heart rate range is very close to the CDC moderate activity heart rate range. The cardio range is very close to the vigorous activity heart rate range. Fat burn zone minutes earn 1x per minute and cardio/peak zone minutes earn 2x per minute. Your Fitbit has a default goal of 22 zone minutes per day. Meet this every day and you will meet the CDC physical activity recommendations.
