I got my Versa 4 about 6 weeks ago. I put it down for a few weeks and used another watch. When I picked it up it didn't turn. I have already done these steps:
-Tried different USB ports
- Cleaned the charging contacts on the back of Versa 4
- Held the button in for 10, 12 and 30 seconds. .
What do do now?

Id suggest trying to get a refund or throwing it in the trash. After this past update many watches were bricked with the same issue and neither Google or Fitbit are even remotely interested in the issue. Good luck. I've been looking for a solution myself and only found other users frustrated and getting the run around with even honoring products still under warranty. Looking like my solution will be drop Fitbit and Google products

Hi @Hulk701 - when the battery goes into deep discharge it may take a while to wake.
Try charging for several hours, unplug and replug to the power source a few times after each session, also hold the button for 2 seconds.
If there is no success it will need replacing under warranty.
