Versa 4 activity not syncing with Fitbit app

My Versa 4 shows me my activity on the watch but will not sync the activity to the app. It just started not syncing about 2 weeks ago. In the past, I had no issues with it.

Thank you for providing the details regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Versa 4.

In addition, if the issue has to do with the Fitbit app, see:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the activity is available now.
