I’ve only had my Versa 4 for three weeks after upgrading from a Versa 2. I have five alarms set and they randomly stopped working. I erased the all, restarted the Versa and added them back. First test worked. Waiting to see if it holds. Any reason why this is happening? I noticed posts from 2018 that mentioned the same problem. Is this an ongoing issue?

I've had this too - my alarm has completely failed to go off three times in the last two months, which is so unnerving and means I now have to set a backup on another device!
I asked fitbit support about it today and they told me to disconnect my Versa from my fitbit app, wait 30 seconds, then reconnect it, and see if that helps... We shall see...

Hi @AStirnweis, @MBD108 - the operating system in 2018 was completely different to the Versa 4. There may be issues that can cause an Alarm failure, that may require a watch restart to cure, or even a phone logout of the app and restart, if it is a poor syncing issue.
This may not be a stable operating system in the Versa 4 as it is new.
Probably a good idea to sync and restart the watch once a day. to do that hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, only takes some 20 seconds.
