The issues that I last posted occurred 7Sep2024, then Sun 22Sep2024, started again Yesterday (Fri 29Nov2024) and still continues this morning.
I have the Versa 4 (20001.210.26) and App (4.30 Google - which updated 2 weeks ago) on my iPhone (iOS 18.1.1). These have been working perfectly since 24Sep2024. Yesterday (29Nov2024) at about 1pm EST, after I completed my Exercise (walk) the step count went crazy. The step count was about 12,000 on the Versa 4 and iPhone. Then I completed my Exercise via the App. Immediately after that my step count went to 18,000+ on both (Versa and iPhone). For the remainder of the day, after sync'n, these step counts changed between my Versa and iPhone. They would mostly not match. They would go higher in count. They would go lower. This is still happening now. There is another bug with this cloud service.

I am also having issues with this for the last few weeks. Every day the app is losing steps. It shows correctly on the today screen but not updating on the weekly stats and then the today screen reverts to lower count. Very frustrating.
