Hello,
I had a Sense for 3 years and recently the HRV started showing zero. It also started saying I was awake for 6 of the 8 hours I was sleeping. I've never had sleep issues and assumed it was time to get a new fitbit. I just bought a Versa 4 and after 2 nights it tracked the same thing. HRV is zero and my sleep pattern looks like I was up all night (which i wasnt). I know the simple answer should be that it's me and not my tracking devices, but I feel completely healthy and well rested. Is anyone else having issues with HR and HRV accuracies with Google taking over fitbit?

A warm welcome to the forums @Wrightn.
Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with your Versa 4. Sorry to know the situation with this feature.
I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep and HR correctly:
Additionally, I'd recommend to sync your Versa 4 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

I'm having the same problem with my Versa 3. Started three nights ago. And I hate that Google has taken over Fitbit. Looking at another watch solution...

Three days ago, the watch suddenly started tracking a lot of awake time (4 hours) not typical of previous performance. Something changed, and it wasn't my sleep.
