I have only had the versa 4 since this past winter and it does not last as long as other fitbits I have had, I turned the atuomatic light up off etc and still does so fast for the price I paid I’m disappointed and frustrated. I switched from Apple to Fitbit so I wouldn’t have to charge everyday

Hi @JennWhite - if there was a sudden change in battery life and it needs charging every day or more it can be a fault with the watch especially if it got wet. Check it doesn't get hot when charging and if so stop immediately.
There can be quite a few other reasons for short battery life, one of which is the Fitbit App itself. To isolate this one, turn off the phone's Bluetooth and see if it helps (you won't get notifications during this time)

You should be able to get 5 days or more but if not consider a replacement under warranty.
