The past 2 days ive notices having to put my watch on charger throughout the day. I've never had to do that. Now it keeps randomly flashing the fitbit logo then shuts off when still at 60% battery

I’m having exactly the same issues, this last few days my watch has been turning off when it still has plenty of charge then when it’s plugged into the charger it shows 70% charge straight away. I used to have 6 days worth of full charge and now it turns off half way through the day when it still has plenty of charge. I have tried restarting it, logging out of the app etc, I have even disabled most of the notifications but it’s not helped. It’s only 15months old.
by the looks of these feeds this is happening to many people. Can someone help please?

Hello Marre, I have tried all the steps, but nothing is working for me.
My phone is running lastest android versions so that's not a problem for sure

Hi! Thank you for responding. I do have the latest update on my phone and fitbit versa 4. I have restarted it multiple times and still having the same issues. I've gone to original clock face and deleted any extra apps

Now when I try to restart it the fitbit logo flashes a few times then a red X appears then screen goes black. Any help is appreciated.

’m having the same issue. Lately, my watch has been turning off during the day even though the battery still shows plenty of charge. As soon as I put it on the charger, it jumps straight to around 60–70%. I used to get a full week out of one charge, but now it barely makes it through the day. I’ve already tried restarting it, logging out of the app, and turning off most notifications, but nothing has helped. The watch is about a year and a half old.
