Hi @BFLlerena!  Welcome to our community forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is running out of power faster than expected.

  • Have you recently increased your use of apps that require GPS?
  • Do you frequently use FitbitPay or music control?
  • Prevent the screen from turning on every time you turn your wrist. If you move your hands a lot, your device's screen may turn on more often than you think.
  • Turn off notifications you don't need, including alerts from your phone apps, alarms, and reminders to move.
  • Verify your phone OS is up to date.

Please restart your Versa 4 by pressing the button until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen and charge your Versa 4 to 100%, preferably connected to a computer, and use it as you normally do to check if the battery lasts longer.

Thanks for replying, I did all the steps above mentioned and it is definitely the battery, turning off most of the features just makes it a dumb watch instead of a smart one. Versa 4 should have a 2 year expiration date.
