My versa battery would not charge so I performed a factory reset. I downloaded the app on my newer Google Pixel phone and "added" the device (after removing it from the old phone).
It's still not charging so I think it needs the fitbit update... but the update won't install because the battery level is too low. Am I SOL? What options do I have left?
