Versa 4 blank screen and won't respond to anything

Versa 4 blank screen…. Tried to restart nothing…. Been charging all day and is only at 43% as per the app… nothing is connecting or syncing…. Can’t turn it on even… helllpppp

@Msbadass Welcome to the Fitbit community!

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working properly. As you've already have tried to restart your device by holding the side button for 10 seconds without success and given the symptoms you mentioned, I think there are issues with your device's display or display connector. Therefor I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support to get further assistance:
